Frequently Asked Questions
Resolve your doubts before starting.
Everything you need to know about how ReadyFy organizes, measures and certifies regulated processes.
The essentials
What is ReadyFy?
ReadyFy is a technological infrastructure platform designed to structure, validate and provide traceability for regulated processes. Many professional, legal and administrative procedures involve multiple participants, scattered documentation and complex approval requirements. ReadyFy creates a digital environment where these processes are organized, monitored and verified end to end. Rather than replacing institutions, it prepares the process before it reaches the deciding authority, reducing friction, errors and delays.
Is ReadyFy a project management tool?
Not exactly. While it includes project management features, ReadyFy is not a simple task tracker. It is purpose-built for regulated or structured processes, where documentation, responsibilities, approvals and traceability are critical. It adds structured workflows, document integrity mechanisms and readiness indicators that reveal the real state of a process.
What problem does it really solve?
A fundamental problem in regulated environments: processes are often executed without structure, without traceability and without a clear measure of readiness. By introducing standardized workflows and progress indicators, ReadyFy creates a system where processes can be prepared, verified and advanced with clarity and accountability.
Who uses ReadyFy?
A broad ecosystem of participants in structured processes: owners, realtors and brokers, developers, engineers and architects, legal professionals, consultants, project managers and institutional reviewers. Each participant interacts with the process according to their assigned role.
Processes it handles
What types of process can I manage?
ReadyFy structures a wide variety of processes:
- Land development and licensing
- Rezoning and planning approvals
- Legal processes
- Immigration cases
- Professional licenses and business permits
- Institutional compliance
- Structured consulting projects
- Personal or administrative projects
What is a "process" in ReadyFy?
A process is a structured professional workflow for managing regulated or coordinated activities. Each is created from a template (Library) and includes phases, activities, responsible participants, documentation and progress tracking.
What is a Library (template)?
A Library is a reusable process template. It contains predefined phases, activities and workflow structure. For example, a rezoning Library may include due diligence, planning review, community meetings, zoning application and public hearings. Instead of rebuilding the workflow each time, the template is reused across multiple projects. And with ReadyFy's AI, the template can be generated automatically per your country and regulatory entity.
Why did ReadyFy start with land development?
Because land development involves multiple professionals, complex regulations, high stakes and long approval timelines. That complexity makes it the ideal environment to implement structured regulated workflows. Once the system is proven in this vertical, the same infrastructure applies to many other regulated processes.
Measurement and certification
What is the PRR?
The PRR (Process Readiness Rating) is a standardized indicator that measures how prepared a process is to advance. Each process type has a predefined standard flow; as activities and documentation are completed, the platform calculates the level of progress. The PRR reflects the verified readiness level of the process at the time of certification, allowing you to see at a glance whether it is at an initial stage, partially structured, or ready to submit, execute or approve.
What is the LDR (Land Development Readiness)?
The LDR is the PRR's specialized application for land projects. It evaluates a property's development readiness by measuring the completeness of key steps: due diligence, surveys and technical studies, environmental assessments, planning coordination and permit preparation. It helps developers, investors and owners understand how ready a property is at any given moment.
How does ReadyFy determine readiness level?
It uses standardized templates (Libraries) that define phases, activities, documentary requirements and responsibilities. As the team completes activities and uploads supporting information, the platform tracks progress and calculates the readiness level according to the defined structure. The result is a transparent and traceable measurement.
Can ReadyFy certify a process state?
Yes. ReadyFy can issue a readiness certification stating the level of process completeness at a specific date, based on the standardized flow, completed activities, uploaded documentation and traceability records. It serves as an objective reference for owners, professionals, financial entities or regulators. It does not constitute regulatory approval: the final decision always belongs to the competent authority.
How it works in practice
How do I start a new process?
Go to Process Management → New Process and complete the form where you define the category, the template (Library), the project title, the description and, optionally, supporting evidence such as documents or images. On save, the process appears in your dashboard.
How is a process structured and measured?
Each process is organized into Phases → Activities. Activities are managed on a Kanban-style board with three states: Pending, In progress and Completed. When an activity moves to Completed, the system automatically updates the project's overall progress percentage.
How are responsibilities assigned?
Each activity can be assigned to a team member. For example: a realtor handles market analysis, an engineer the technical studies, a consultant the regulatory documentation. This creates clear accountability at every step.
Can I attach documents and evidence?
Yes. Each activity allows uploading documents, photographs, reports, maps, technical studies and supporting materials. Those files become part of the official project record.
Can external participants see it?
Yes. Through public access links, the manager can share a controlled view of the process with clients, supervisors, investors or institutional reviewers. Each link visitor is logged, ensuring traceability of who consulted the project.
Traceability and trust
Why is traceability so important?
Many regulated processes fail or are delayed because responsibilities and documentation are not tracked clearly. ReadyFy maintains a complete traceability record of actions performed, document versions, activity progress and user interactions. This improves transparency, accountability and coordination between participants.
What is the History (project record)?
ReadyFy keeps a complete activity record (History) documenting user access, actions performed, activity updates, document uploads and progress changes. That traceability creates a reliable record of accountability, timing and project evolution — like the black box of a plane.
Does ReadyFy replace the authority or the professional?
No. ReadyFy provides organizational infrastructure and readiness indicators, but it does not approve permits, does not replace regulatory authorities and does not replace the licensed professional's judgment. The technical and legal validity of documents belongs to their authors; final approval, to the competent authority. That clarity is part of its integrity.
Is it limited to government processes?
No. ReadyFy can structure any process that benefits from defined workflows, document organization, role-based coordination, traceability and readiness measurement. This includes corporate flows, consulting processes and even structured personal projects.
